Shipping Policy
Baby Mogma is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.
Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at thebabymogma@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6013 719 6088 within one (1) hour of your order placement.
Baby Mogma is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
Shipping time is generally expected to be within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays. You will receive a notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we have used to ship your order.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Baby Mogma reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.
Pre-Order/ Backorder Items
For pre-order or backorder items, your order will take about 10-20 business days to fulfil as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart. If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order items, whole order will be shipped upon pre-order item(s) arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly contact us for further arrangement.
Taxation & Duties
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the items purchased. Applicable taxes and duties that may be chargeable at the destination country will be borne by the recipient and are not included in the billed amount. Baby Mogma will not be responsible for packages upon dispatch to the delivery provider.
