What is your refund policy?

We have a 7 days money back guarantee. If within the 7 days period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email or WhatsApp us with your order number and contact information to thebabymogma@gmail.com / +6013 719 6088. We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. 

We generally replace things that arrive severely damaged. However, if your order needs to be refunded, we will issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.
