Which country do you ship to?
We offer express shipping worldwide. All shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout.
Do you have a store locally in my country?
We are an online only business. That is one of the reason we are able to sell our items cheaper than your local store.
How much is shipping fee?
Malaysia
Shipping to West Malaysia will be RM5, FREE SHIPPING for orders above RM150.
Shipping to East Malaysia will be RM10, FREE SHIPPING for orders above RM200.
Singapore
Shipping to Singapore will be RM25, FREE SHIPPING for all orders above RM300.
Rest of the world
At a range of RM45-RM200 calculated based on weight during checkout.
Do you charge cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we will issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

We have a 7 days money back guarantee. If within the 7 days period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email or WhatsApp us with your order number and contact information to thebabymogma@gmail.com / +6013 719 6088. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed (exceptions applied). Purchases shipped will arrive 3-7 business days after the order date though this may still vary, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location.
