Return Policy
If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange it subject to the points below. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your receipt, we can’t offer you an exchange.
What we ask from you:
- Where possible please return the item(s) in its original packaging.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
- For hygiene reason, item(s) must be returned unworn, untried, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, free of stains, and all with original tags attached.
- Please do not send your products back to the sender address. Email us at thebabymogma@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6013 719 6088 for assistance.
- Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, the shipping cost of returning the item(s) is non-refundable.
- Baby Mogma will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
Exchange Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer exchange for used items.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the exchange once the returned items arrived at our warehouse. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge only for West Malaysia customers. For all exchange outside West Malaysia, kindly contact us for the shipping fees. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn and unwashed.
Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email or WhatsApp. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Baby Mogma.
